Since the fmt AIDS case was reported In 1982, a total of 529 cases have been diagnosed, mostly in Ontario (207 cases), Quebec (158 cases) and British Columbia (103). The distribubon of cases by month of diagnosis is shown in Fg. 1. More than two-thirds of the cases are in age groups between 30 and 49 years and 507 (96Yo) in adults (> 15 years).
